Hi, guys! Finally, we meet again! At this time, PERMIAS OSU wanna tell a story about our independence day which is held on August 17. We got our freedom on August 17, 1945 which was declared by our first president, Mr. Soekarno. So, this year is Indonesia's 68th bday! HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY, OUR BEAUTIFUL INDONESIA! ;D *clapping hands*
Alriiiiggghhhttt, do you wanna know how we celebrate The Independence Day? The most important thing is ceremony at school, campus, government office, and Istana Negara (kinda like White House of USA). In Istana Negara, there are 3 groups of forces marching (we call it PASKIBRAKA) which are consisted of 17,845 flag raisers. 17-8-45 means our first declaration of independence. Moreover, three of 17 have to fly the flag.
Yup, we have done telling the general info of Indonesia Independence Day Ceremony. Do you know what else we usually do on The Independence Day? We do lotta fun games!
